Global Alliance for SBC: Peer Learning – Topic: Community Engagement

This ‘Peer Learning’ meeting of the Global Alliance for SBC will focus on the topic of Community Engagement. 

Alliance ‘Peer Learning’ meetings are open to all personnel within Member organisations, individual members and participants in the Alliance’s online ‘SBC Community of Practice’.

The aim is to deepen understanding and capacity around key SBC areas.

The duration of this event is 1.5 hours, with 15 minutes initially dedicated to Alliance business,  following 75 minutes composed of expert input and participatory learning activity.

This event is coordinated by the SBC Knowledge & Capacity Action Group of the Alliance.

[Alliance members were surveyed to ask what topics they would like to focus on in 2026 and the results for the ‘peer learning’ sessions were as follows: 1) Applied Behavioural Science, 2) Community Engagement, 3) Social and Behaviour Change Communication, and 4) Systems Strengthening. Therefore these will be the topics for the forthcoming quarterly peer learning sessions through the year.]
